I
love yoga and practice it once a week. After a busy week and lots of cardio and
weights – plus of course the stresses of a busy life, my yoga class early on
Saturday mornings means so much to me. It’s good for my mind and my muscles
love the very deep stretching.
I totally believe in the mind-body-gut connection. If you're a bit of a stress-head like me you'll understand what I'm talking about. Stress affects these connections so practicing yoga as often as you can soothe the mind, body and soul!
A good quality yoga non-slip yoga mat is essential - especially for the relaxation part of your class!
